Bangladeshi mobile market leader GrameenPhone (GP) has posted a 76.6% rise in net profit for full-year 2011 to BDT18.9 billion (USD221 million), on revenues that climbed 19% to BDT89 billion. Annual net subscriber intake reached 650,000 to leave GP with 36.5 million cellular users at the end of December 2011.
