Swedish vendor Ericsson has announced that it has inked a partnership deal with Swiss incumbent Swisscom to develop the machine-to-machine (M2M) market. Swisscom will offer M2M services to its business customers using Ericsson’s Device Connection Platform. Trials of the service are expected to start later this month, with a view to a full commercial launch in summer
