Sierra Leone’s connection to the Africa Coast to Europe (ACE) submarine cable will go live in October this year, according to a report from local newspaper Concord Times. Julius Kamara, project coordinator in Sierra Leone for the West Africa Regional Communication Programme, told the newspaper that the World Bank has provided the government with financing to ensure that the project is completed on time.
