Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee has ordered the country’s two largest cellcos by subscribers, Kyivstar and MTS Ukraine, to lower their mobile service tariffs to ‘economically justified’ levels, the committee announced in a statement, reported by Ukrainian News Agency. The two companies have 15 days to report their proposed new tariffs back to the anti-trust agency.
