Bangladesh’s third-largest cellco Banglalink, part of Orascom Telecom (a division of the Vimpelcom group) has reportedly been offered INR30 billion (USD537 million) for its cellular network tower business by Indian telecoms infrastructure group Quippo, part of the Srei Group.
