Slovenia’s largest cableco Telemach has launched a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) service, completing a quadruple-play range of TV, internet, fixed line and mobile telephony. Telemach announced that its new mobile service, which is delivered over the network of the country’s third-placed cellular operator Tusmobil, is aimed at signing up existing customers of its triple-play range as well as brand new subscribers. It plans to steal users from rival cellular service providers by offering ‘simple and understandable’ packages
