Ukraine’s parliament has adopted legislation which more clearly defines the powers and obligations of the state telecoms regulator, the National Commission on Communications and Information Regulation (NKRZI or NCCR) and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU or AMKU).
