Macedonian wireless internet service provider (ISP) SunWireless last week signed a cooperation agreement with US-based counterparts, iPass and Boingo. The deals will enable customers of the two US firms to access the SunWireless network without additional charges when travelling in Macedonia. SunWireless has a network of over 500 hotspots across the country and in February this year struck a deal to provide wireless coverage for Skopje and Ohrid airports.
