freenet reports rise in H1 EBITDA

German mobile service provider freenet has reported group revenue of EUR1.486 billion (USD1.83 billion) for the first six months of 2012, down from EUR1.546 billion in the first half of 2011, while group earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose from EUR162.3 million to EUR170.7 million over the same period. The company’s net profit for H1 2012 climbed 75.3% year-on-year to EUR82.2 million
