Airtel Kenya chief operating officer Shivan Bhargava has responded to questions over the year-long delay surrounding its 3G network launch by promising that the belated service will be operational by end-March 2012. In an email to Kenyan daily newspaper The Star, Bhargava confirmed: ‘We will continue to offer more innovative products and services, including the increased depth of Airtel Money, and the introduction of our world-class 3G HSPA this quarter’
