Warid Telecom Uganda is reportedly planning to follow in the footsteps of rival cellco Orange Uganda and sell on its passive infrastructure to Eaton Towers. According to IT News Africa, Eaton will acquire a further 400 towers from Warid via a leaseback deal, on top of the 300 acquired from France Telecom subsidiary Orange Uganda earlier this month
