State-run national PTO Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) is to merge its two wholly owned mobile network operators, Vinaphone and MobiFone, as part of a restructuring process, Reuters reports, citing senior industry officials quoted in local daily Tuoi Tre.
