Russian backed cellco Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd (SSTL) which has had its licences revoked under a decision by the Supreme Court, has recorded a 136% year-on-year increase in annual revenues for the full-year 2011 to INR12.349 billion (USD236.33 million). Over the twelve month period, SSTL saw its subscriber base increase by 77.9% to 15 million.
