Kuwaiti cellular operator Viva has announced the launch of its 42.2Mbps HSPA+ mobile data network. Customers are now able to access download speeds of up to 42.2Mbps via a USB modem, with the company advertising a minimum guaranteed speed of 7.2Mbps.
