The European Commission (EC) has said that it has ‘serious doubts’ regarding a revised proposal from Latvian telecoms regulator the Public Utilities Commission (Sabiedrisko Pakalpojumu Regulesanas Komisija, or SPRK) related to fixed line termination rates.
