Hong Kong's Office of the Telecommunications Authority (OFTA) yesterday announced the completion of a mobile broadband licence auction, awarding 90MHz of spectrum in the 2.3GHz frequency band, raising in total HKD470 million (USD61 million) in Spectrum Utilisation Fees (SUF).
